The hotel was very nice and clean, beds nice. The cleaning people were very nice. The door to the ice machine room was across the hall and opened and closed loudly at all hours of the night, making it hard to sleep well. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
We made reservations expecting a king bed and were told when we arrived that we had a room with a king, but instead were placed in a room that clearly rarely used with 2 double beds. When we asked about the change we were told they didn't tell us they had a king room. The toilet ran all night, the shower drain was stopped up, there was mold in the shower and the phone did not work. Everything was great with the exception of the rude guest down the hall. They kept passing back and forth across the hall and letting the door bang on the security lock that was pushed out to keep the door from shutting all the way. Nice place overall, lobby was impressive and comfortable. Rooms were on the smaller side, but fairly comfortable. Nice central downtown location.

I would highly recommend this hotel and the Priceline experience based on my stay. This was my first Priceline experience and I will definitely do it again.

The Westin is a great hotel to stay at. It is connected with downtown shopping mall. No need to walk outside. However, due to the One-Way roads it can be a challenge to actually make it to the hotel. Also, the outlet in the bathroom would not keep whatever was plugged in, plugged into it. ...read more
